If you do everything right but an auditor is not there to see it, did it happen? We will make sure you are ready for your next audit (or Special Examination), we will ensure all evidence is ready and audit questionnaires correctly completed, we will support you throughout the audit process.
Auditable projects
When we deliver a project for you, auditability is baked in. We know what the auditors will be looking for, we run our projects in line with standard methodologies and in an audit requirements-aware fashion. We will also be happy to work directly with your auditors, answer any questions, produce specific documentation and do anything else needed to ensure the audit is a success.
At times, you may need help with preparing for an audit of a project delivered by someone else. We can come in, take stock of what has been done, identify any auditable gaps, and help you prepare for the audit. If you prefer, we can take the lead and work with your auditors to their satisfaction.
Deficiency remediation
Have you gone through an audit already and have a list of deficiencies you need addressed? That is where we come in. We will take the list, ensure all items are addressed, we will write a detailed response to each item, and work with you (or with your auditors directly) to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
